RESUCAT® 211-14 series
RESUCAT® 211-14 is a base for low migration metallic cationic UV curing printing ink for print on Polyamide meat casings and food grade flexible packaging, where exceptional properties are required.
RESUCAT® 211.14 must be mixed with 8% REDIVERS 300 UV ADDITIVE 0213 (Photoinitiator) before printing, in order to cure.
RESUCAT® 211-14 was originally developed because Gold & silver cationic UV curing inks are poorly stable. Inks supplied as 2‐component inks provide vastly improved storage stability.
The fully cured print achieves very high resistance properties, including heat-, frost-, oil & grease, boiling and sterilization resistances.
The fully cured print can meet different demands, including indirect food contact.
Acclimatize the ink & components to pressroom conditions before use.
We recommend mixing the two components shortly before use. Mixing ratios are 92% base and 8% additive.
