  • Preventing our products from causing harm to consumers, either directly or indirectly
  • Maintaining a certified management system that complies with ISO 22000
  • Delivering products that consistently meet both customer and regulatory requirements

Environment

Our ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY is to ensure high stakeholder satisfaction by continuously working to:

  • Improve our environmental performance
  • Prevent pollution
  • Maintain a certified management system that complies with ISO 14001 and adheres to EuPIA’s requirements and guidelines.
  • Deliver items that consistently meet both customer and regulatory requirements


Therefore, our QUALITY and ENVIRONMENTAL OBJECTIVE is to:

  • Reduce our CO2 emissions
  • Maximize the recycling of our waste
  • Reduce the use of classified chemicals”

Work environment

It is important for Resino to offer a healthy and conducive work environment where everyone thrives.

Therefore, Resino strives for the highest possible employee safety and the best possible work environment.

We ensure this by:

  • Always adhering to prevailing guidelines and requirements from authorities.
  • Setting high standards for employees regarding the use of personal protective equipment where required and checking and following up on its use frequently.
  • Providing training to all employees annually to keep everyone up to date with current safety measures and the importance thereof.
  • Regularly training employees in first aid and having first aid kits and defibrillators available.
  • Conducting a well-being survey at least every three years to assess the work environment.
  • Additionally, it is important for Resino to maintain a close and open dialogue between managers and employees, so managers are always aware of the well-being of all employees.
  • Updating sickness statistics monthly.
  • Offering health insurance to all employees to promptly address any physical or mental discomfort.
